Hi all! I have a 2 part question:

First: My 3 year old has very short (like barely past her ears), very fine hair which is turning quite curly. Will this impact her experience at all? You can get it into a small fine ponytail, or two small fine pigtails but there is not a lot of it. She loves dressing up, make-up, etc., so the rest of the experience she would just die for.

Second: I have some alerts set up for our trip in October (15-17) for any openings. How successful have people been with the walk-up? I realize this is a loaded question because it is very dependent on crowd levels, but just curious on experiences.

Thanks in advance!

The hair stylist can do wonders. Her hair will have TONS of hair spray and glitter. She will look so cute.

Walk up... Don't count on it. Only so many stylist and room. BBB Is very popular.

I would be more concerned with the walk up than your DD’s short hair - the ladies at BBB are fantastic and will make every girl look beautiful regardless of hair length.

Sending lots of PD :wizard: your way that your DD is able to get in to BBB and that you have a great trip :smickey:

there was a sign out yesterday that said walk up opportunities available. so keep an eye out for that. but it could still be busy and you might have to wait. we had an appointment and still had a wait. and if it’s a mnsshp day it might be busier.
and short hair is not a problem. my daughters hair is just to her chin- last year she chose the style with a color ponytail and yesterday she chose a bun and both times they just did half up styles and it was amazing. there’s a lot of spray and gel and glitter (glitter doesn’t help the hair stay, just a warning lol bc it gets everywhere)

Thanks for the PD! This will be our first time we can try and do BBB - she's been under 3 the last 3 trips we've taken. They didn't have BBB when my sister and I were younger in the 90's so we would love to do this with her!!
