Help, I am not from Florida and I want to make sure I am realistic in my timing here...this is the plan:

6:45 am leave Ft. Myers drive to orlando

11:10am appointment at Bippity Boppity Boutique for my 3 yr old-20 minutes to do hair and make up

go to the Polysnesian-try to check in and meet DH who is flying in from LI at 9:45 am-if we can't check in leave our luggage and head to MK

2:05 lunch ADR at Cinderella's royal table with my lil'

Is this do-able? princess:

I am not sure what your means of transportation is, or the exact drive time from Downtown Disney to the Polynesian.
I can tell you that we had a 1:10 appointment last Friday, and had to wait just a little while before our appointment - not that long, but they weren't on time either. We used Disney transportation to get to CRT. With a miscommunication between DH & I we were really rushing. We were 15 min. late for our ADR but they held it for us.
We had the crown package too - so we were a little longer with the nails.

If you make sure you are early for your appointment, - they tell you 10 minutes ahead, and we were 15 minutes ahead - and make sure that you go straight from one place to the next to the next, hope that DH is on time. Can you check in and leave luggage in the car so you can make the ADR on time?

On another note - when we reached the podium - frazzled beyond belief, and ecstatic with relief, my DH figured we made an impression. The Fairy Godmother mentioned the gentleman in the blue shirt who practically ran to try to make it. Of course at least 4 other men in blue shirts raised their hand too. We met another woman on Monday who was also running late for CRT - I am beginning to wonder if anyone is on time!

It will be soooo worth it!!! - Enjoy!, keep your wits and focus!!
It was one of the highlights of our trip.
(I am still not fully unpacked!)

Similar question.

We are going to MK and to BBB the day we arrive. We have a 4:50 ADR with Cindy. We need to check in hotel sometime as well. What time should we schedule our BBB appt. to make our 4:50 ADR. I want to do the crown package.

Thanks for the info, I will be driving our rental car all the way to DTD and then directly to the Poly. At that point I am hoping to check in the Poly (meet my dh) and then get over to MK for our 2:05 CRT ADR. I decided on just hair and makeup, since they just put a coat of polish on for the nails and she will be in the pool all week, I wanted to save time and not do the nails. I will do them myself the night before!

I was told Ft. Myers to DTD is about 4 hours ( I am hoping on a Sun. morn it wont have too much traffic) and from DTD to the Poly about 15 min. then from the Poly to MK about 10 on monorail or boat, then we will fly through MK not even take a picture if we don't have time straight to the castle. I imagine we will be a site! LOL :rotfl2:

I don't think you'll have too much trouble. If you get in early enough, maybe check in to Poly early, before going over to DTD, so that you get your park tickets and everything. You probably won't get your actual room, but you can always do that when you come back. But, if you were running a bit late, you could simply drive over to poly and go right to the monorail instead of having to wait to check in so you get your tickets to be able to get into the park to be able to get to CRT.
