Biosuds/Anyone ever tried it?

Just ran across this product (acutally for a cruise). It comes in a small tube, very concentrated, (20 washes per tube) and not too expensive. I read one review and this gal really liked it, but used it in a washer instead of for sink washing. Just wondering if anyone else has tried this.

$5.99 for 20 washes, tube size is 1" diameter by 5 3/4" long
