On the recent podcast, a listener was looking of a biography of Walt that would be appropriate for a teen or tween. Kevin was stumped (hard to believe, I know!
).
I have one. My 4th grader just finished the following:
Walt Disney: A Biography by Barbara Ford Copyright 1989.
My son reads at a level higher than 4th grade, so I would say that this book is appropriate for grades 6 and up. It is about 150 pages, has some great historical photos in it, and was able to hold his interest.
Hope this helps!
