had an absolutely awful night, I have reflux which is usually well controlled, but last night I got it bad, today my throat is all swollen and sore.

and my day didn't get better, I stuck to liquids mostly, only had the toast because I'm alone this evening, tired, bored and feeling a bit sick. however it is now behind me, I dont regret eating it, tasted great, but that is it, I did not blow my diet.
