sheesh, I went off course, gained 10lbs and am disgusted with myself (totally, ugh)
so, a clean slate and a fresh start, after all, only just over six months to go till our trip
breakfast - atkins shake 2gc, 170kcal
lunch - carbolite hot chocolate 1.6gc, 123kcal
snack - atkins morning bar 2gc, 126kcal
dinner - cheese string trace carbs, 67kcal
snack - 30g tikka chicken .5gc, 100kcal
