Bikes and bike trails

My family is looking to rent bikes and ride while at DisneyWorld. Are there any trails??

Several of the WDW resorts rent bikes (an assortment of regular bikes, tandems and surreys - depending on location). Not sure if any have specific bicycle trails, but CS and FW have hiking trails, but don't know if bikes are allowed.

The bike trail from WL to FW is a nice easy ride.It is through the woods and is paved. It is unlighted so you wouldn't want to ride it at night unless you had a light on your bike. The trail leaves the WL from behind the bus stops and comes out in FW next to the petting zoo area.
