Biggest Loser "No Excuses" 2012 Team Challenge for Losers and Maintainers!!!

What up people!!!!!!!

I missed my Donald friends, so glad we are merging tribes!!!! :hug::hug::hug:

I'm Buffy, 38, married 19 years in April, 4 little...... erghs!!!......kids. (Sorry my DS15 has more damn girl drama than most teenage girls tonight)
Never at home mom.
Health journey - HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!! Yeah, not so well. Unless you count the flu bug and other girl things that caused me to lose like 5 pounds this week.

goals:
to be at least 20 pounds down by our trip in Dec
to Run the Donald 1/2 with my WISH peeps in January
to be 40, fit and fab in 2013.

The big things that I started doing differently were strength training and more exercise in general. Before BL, I was exercising about 3 days a week. Maybe 4. Now it's 5-6.

WTG! :worship:

My goal is to run another 5K (last time was 2009) with a time around 39 minutes in April. I have been throwing around the idea of maybe training for a Disney half marathon too.

Great goal! :thumbsup2

So far I've lost 20 pounds with the help of all the wonderful BL people. I was out of town last week and had a little set back and I am happy to report that even with a set back I remained in one-derland.

:woohoo: for one-derland!

Since christmas I have been suffering from a mysterious illness that makes me feel sick all the time and have been lucky to get 1 meal a day. I've been losing about a pound a week because of this. Things seem to be getting a little better, but they still do not know what's wrong with me and I am still terrified to eat most of the time. I never know if it will make me sick

Hope the doctors figure things out soon. :goodvibes

I so missed these challenges when I fell off...so glad to be able to do this one!!

Glad to have you! :thumbsup2

Here's a funny story: at 12:30 this morning Izzie knocked and the door and said she couldn't sleep. We told her she could go out to the living room and watch tv. Then, at 3:30 am she knocked again. I thought the worst. She opened the door and said, "I accidentally watched tv for too long and I'm going back to bed now!" Brian and I both couldn't stop laughing! She is a comedienne even at 3:30 am! She is actually sleeping on the couch now with a cold cloth on her face! She constantly feels hot! Poor kid!

That is hysterical! :rotfl:

Hope she is feeling better soon!

Since May of 2009, I've lost 26 pounds to date. My main focus right now is to get under 200 pounds.

Great goal too! :thumbsup2 I love WDW too! :)

Time to buckle down and get moving!!!!!

Please give yourself credit for working on your health! You are doing much more than so many other people! :)

goals:
to be at least 20 pounds down by our trip in Dec
to Run the Donald 1/2 with my WISH peeps in January
to be 40, fit and fab in 2013.

Nice goals! :thumbsup2

Did I miss something? Who else is planning to run in a race on Marathon Weekend 2013? Sounds like a big WISH meet is planned!

There's some rumblings of a meet up of some sort. We (those going) should try to set up an official meet thread when it gets closer in.

Oh and I was going to do the Princess and the Tink but we are aiming for a trip to the UK in 2013 so something had to give, but I want to run a race for my 40th year.

QOTD for Saturday, 3/24: Aladdin's Genie has granted you one WISH that you have to use on your health. What is one thing that you would like to change immediately, without needing weeks to make it a habit?

I would like to easily drink 64+ oz of water throughout the day.

QOTD for Saturday, 3/24: Aladdin's Genie has granted you one WISH that you have to use on your health. What is one thing that you would like to change immediately, without needing weeks to make it a habit?

I'd like to have a better understanding of nutrition, portion sizes, calorie numbers, etc. Water I can do, exercise I kind of have a handle on, but food is my downfall.

Oops...missed QOTD!

I'm Tracey, 41 and I am a massage therapist, mother, wife, car pool coordinator, Usborne books and Herbalife Consultant, chief cook and bottle washer, etc! I've lost track as to how many of these challenges I've done! Not doing well this challenge but I need to get moving as I have about 3 months left until our cruise!

Ash and I just got back from seeing The Hunger Games! It was amazing! Can't wait to see it again!

Izzie slept part of the evening. Fever was gone when Brian put her to bed and we hope it stays that way! This has been so hard on her!

Going to go to work for about an hour tomorrow for a friend who needs a massage. Then it's home to watch movies, play games and try and make a Fish Extender for the cruise! Bought a few items to put in people's FE's on the cruise so I really need to get one made. We are going to do it together.

Heading to bed soon!

Who else is planning to run in a race on Marathon Weekend 2013? Sounds like a big WISH meet is planned!

I'm throwing around the possibility of doing the ToT 10 mile this year or the Princess 1/2 next year, but if there's a bunch of people doing Marathon Weekend, I'd totally change my plans to run with my fellow teammates! :cool1: Which marathon is it?

QOTD for Saturday, 3/24: Aladdin's Genie has granted you one WISH that you have to use on your health. What is one thing that you would like to change immediately, without needing weeks to make it a habit?

To eat a balanced breakfast EVERY morning. More often than not I'm either eating just a fiber bar or nothing and I know that's not good... :guilty:

*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*

Not much to say today. Bought the 25th Anniversary DVD of Les Mis today so getting ready to settle down and watch that.

Good night all!

QOTD for Friday, 3/23: Introduce yourself. Share your name, how your health journey is going, and any goals you may have.

My name is Donna and I've been married for 20 yrs and have DS-18 and DD-15. I am a kindergarten teacher. My health journey seems to be going good right now and I'm striving to keep it that way! Right now my goal is to loose 15 lbs by summer (June) and then set a new goal for the next phase, I have about 50 lbs total to loose.

QOTD for Saturday, 3/24: Aladdin's Genie has granted you one WISH that you have to use on your health. What is one thing that you would like to change immediately, without needing weeks to make it a habit?

.

EXERCISING. That is the hardest thing for me to make time for and make myself do!

QOTD for Saturday, 3/24: Aladdin's Genie has granted you one WISH that you have to use on your health. What is one thing that you would like to change immediately, without needing weeks to make it a habit?

I would like to easily drink 64+ oz of water throughout the day.

I would like to be able to easily get up for a workout before work because this always helps my day go so much better. But the 5 15 alarm always seems to always get ignored and reset for 6 30.

If it could be anything I'd kill my asthma-DEAD- when it plays up everything else seems to suffer:scared1: I get them munchies (or if I'm taking steroids I develop an amazing ability to vacumn up huge amounts of food without ever feeling full:scared1:), exercise becomes impossible and I cave in to all my bad habits at once(choc, crisps etc):headache:

I would really like it though if eating fruit became my guilty pleasure (instead of wanting junk);)

Happy Saturday morning to all! I'm just popping in to say HELLO and let you all know that I made the move successfully! :thumbsup2

Super crazy week, so I haven't been around in a few days, but I'm going to play catch up on here today!

DD swam at Harvard last night for Y New Englands and ended her season with two personal best times..... and both were times she had been trying HARD to get to. And her 400 free relay broke their team record last night! It was an absolutely WONDERFUL way to end the season for her! And of course, we ended the night with a traditional visit to a burrito shop in Harvard Square close to midnight. The kids had so much fun. It was a beautiful night, weather-wise and a fun walk to the shop.

Time to pour some coffee (slept in a bit, as we got home near 3 am!) and start catching up on what I've missed here!.................P

Welcome Mickeys and Donalds to the Merged Thread!

My name is CC (short for Christina) and I will be your coach this week. I am really looking forward to it.

Since we have been separate for awhile, I thought it best to go with the intro QOTD.

QOTD for Friday, 3/23: Introduce yourself. Share your name, how your health journey is going, and any goals you may have.

First of all.... HUGE THANKS CC for taking on the challenge of being the first coach of the merged group!!

My name is Pamela..... I'm a 40-something;) married (20 years this year) of two kids.... DD is 16.5, DS is 14. I consider myself mostly a SAHM, but I have been a subsitute teacher since DS started 1st grade 8 years ago. I don't love the job, but I love the little bit of extra income and the flexible schedule.

I re-started this journey on 01/02/2008 to lose weight for a Disney trip and haven't looked back since. Can't tell you exactly when I hit my "goal" as I just kept changing my goal down and down and down. But as my weight got lower and I kept getting older, it was getting harder and harder to maintain, never mind lose. So I've readjusted my goal and currently am within my goal range (although would ideally like to be down another 4 pounds). That said, overall I am VERY HAPPY with my weight right now and as of yesterday I am down 85 pounds from my highest "recorded" weight.

Unlike most of you, the eating part is easier for me than the exercise part. I really dislike exercise. I've tried a few different things over the past 4 years of this journey, but nothing has really "stuck." I've done exercise videos (WATP, Jillian Michaels 30 DS, BL), circuit training classes, some weight training, walking, and running. I actually got to the point where I was running anywhere from 4-6 miles 3-4 days a week during the spring/summer/fall of 2010.... but I dislike running and I kept making excuses and found myself not exercising at all because I didn't want to run. So I told myself I NEVER had to run again if I didn't WANT TO! So most of the time on the TM I do brisk walking, hill intervals, or sprint intervals.... but with nice outside weather again, I am finding I WANT to do some running and have gotten back into a 2-4 mile habit over the last few weeks. I also try to hit the fitness room at the Y a few days a week when DD is swimming to change things up. I use the stair climber, tread climber, bike, medicine ball, etc.

Like a few of you, I've lost count of how many BL challenges I've done here. But I learn something new every time and it is a great place to make friends and have some accountability!

G
I'm Kathy, 48 yo single mom to awesome ds10 Mike, and daughter-doggie, Poko. I'm an RN also, work in Endoscopy, have been on multiple BL challenges, and through many ups and downs, feel like I am truly in a good place and on the down swing again for good this time. My motto is to NEVER GIVE UP!! Not always easy to do, but this is a lifetime journey now. I did get some new motivation this week, the invitation to my 30th high school reunion in november!:scared1: I'm excited to continue our spring challenge all together! And am proud to say I started today with a 2.2 lb loss, so only 3.8 pounds til ONE-derland!! I know it's a lovely place to be!!

WOOHOOO on such a GREAT loss this week!

Healthy Habits Week 13: Carousel of Progress

In honor of merging threads, I thought we could focus on how far we have come in the last 12 weeks.

This week’s 4 Habits are:

1. The family showcased in CoP didn't have a refrigerator at one point, but they did drink water. Drink a total of 64 oz. of water during the day. You can count up to 8 oz. of tea or coffee toward your total for the day.

2. We get to see exercise equipment from decades ago. I'm not sure how ell it worked, but we do know the value of exercise. Exercise daily. The goal is purposeful movement that burns calories, not a specific minimum amount of time.

3. In the final scene, we see the family cooking Christmas dinner. While the protein burns, the meal itself appears to be healthy and in particular, a good source of protein. Eat 2 servings of protein per day.

4. One of the things I noticed from watching the family go through time is that people have different ideas of how to reach their goals. This week, think about your goals and each day, do something YOU think/know will help you reach one or all of them. Examples: Journal your food, have a glass of milk, save your spare change. Note: Exercising and eating protein do not count.

Mini-Challenges

1. [Reflect on Your Progress: Think about what has worked and what hasn't worked. Think about who is helping you and who is not. Consider where you are now, where you were, and where you want to be.

2. A Good Way to Make Progress: Make 1 of your workouts (or part of one of your workouts) strength training.

Note: This week will go from Saturday to Thursday as this was posted late.

Thanks for a fun one CC! Kids and I love COP.

If I made it to the merge, does the makeover come soon after? :idea:

I sure hope so.... I need a haircut REAL BAD!! :rotfl:

We need Coaches - Please PM me with the week you would like.

Missed "visiting" with you! Sorry the flu bug caught you all. Did you find a piece of carpeting to replace the one you had to rip up??

So happy to see you still here with us!

QOTD for Saturday, 3/24: Aladdin's Genie has granted you one WISH that you have to use on your health. What is one thing that you would like to change immediately, without needing weeks to make it a habit?

I would like to find an exercise that I really ENJOY and look forward to doing!!

Going to go to work for about an hour tomorrow for a friend who needs a massage. Then it's home to watch movies, play games and try and make a Fish Extender for the cruise! Bought a few items to put in people's FE's on the cruise so I really need to get one made. We are going to do it together.

Okay.... gotta ask. What the HECK is a Fish Extender?? :confused3

*************

Just gotta say, for those who know me and DD..... she swam Y New Englands at Harvard last night and got TWO PB times, plus her 400 freestyle relay broke their team record and came in 7th. It was a CRAZY WONDERFUL night that included a midnight visit to a Harvard Square burrito shop and arriving home at nearly 3 am!!

Caught up here friends, but not on my "home" thread, so off to just catch up on the last few days that I have missed!..............................P

Good morning TEAM MICKEY and TEAM DONALD! :donald: :smickey:

It's so nice to be together again! :goodvibes

Did I miss something? Who else is planning to run in a race on Marathon Weekend 2013? Sounds like a big WISH meet is planned!

Marathon Weekend is the BIG WISH meet weekend. I believe the WISH meet has in the neighborhood of 100 people. :thumbsup2

There also seems to be a big BL group of folks planning on going this year so there may be a mini meet. Most of us are doing the Donald for our race but at least a couple of folks are doing the Marathon. The marathon folks Scream Team for the Donalds and the Donalds Scream Team for the Mickey folks. I've never been before but it sounds like a lot of fun! :goodvibes

There's some rumblings of a meet up of some sort. We (those going) should try to set up an official meet thread when it gets closer in.

Maybe later in the summer we will start a separate thread. It's kind of nice to wait 'cause in the summer challenge the tumbleweeds start blowin' through toward the end and it's good to have something to keep up the chatter. :rotfl:

QOTD for Saturday, 3/24: Aladdin's Genie has granted you one WISH that you have to use on your health. What is one thing that you would like to change immediately, without needing weeks to make it a habit?

Hmm, a WISH to use on my health? :wizard: Be able to switch to maintainer now? Run a 14 minute mile? I got it. :idea: Have these 53 miles behind me on the biking part of my triathalon. :rotfl: Okay, short sighted but on my mind this morning.

I'm throwing around the possibility of doing the ToT 10 mile this year or the Princess 1/2 next year, but if there's a bunch of people doing Marathon Weekend, I'd totally change my plans to run with my fellow teammates! :cool1: Which marathon is it?

There is a 5K that is on Friday morning I believe. The half marathon aka the Donald is on Saturday and the full marathon aka the Mickey is on Sunday. There is also a race known as the Goofy, which is the half one day and the full the next and the Dopey, where you do the 5k, half and the full marathon.

Bummer. :hug: I occassionally have flare ups and it is no fun at all.

Happy Saturday morning to all! I'm just popping in to say HELLO and let you all know that I made the move successfully! :thumbsup2

Yay, I was worried 'cause I didn't know if you had a moving buddy! ;)

QOTD for Friday, 3/23: Introduce yourself. Share your name, how your health journey is going, and any goals you may have.

Hi Donalds! Hi my Mickeys!

I am Jill, 44. Although I am basically healthy, I am trying to lose about 10ish pounds and get back to being my toned, fit self. About four years ago, I lost my dad, retired from a very physical job, went on a cruise (ate like crazy and gained a few pounds) and I swear, the day I turned 40 my metabolism came to a screeching halt! :lmao: Needless to say, my weight has slowly creeped up and I haven't taken anything off.

So, I started on this BL challenge with my Mickeys and had pretty good success. Mostly the Healthy Habits and recording everything in my fitness pal. I had been doing pretty good until about two weeks ago. For whatever reason, I stopped doing everything, went on spring break, ate just about every meal out and yup.... gained it all back.

So.... today I restart my Healthy Habits and recording everything I eat. Monday I am starting Jillian Michaels Body Revolution. I did her 30 day shred and LOVED it! I am pretty excited.

I am pretty confident that I will be back to a good place pretty soon. I know what to do, I know that it works and I FEEL SO MUCH BETTER when I am doing what I should.

I am looking forward to the rest of the spring. I know that getting outside more will really help!

As for the personal info. I am married 23 years to my high school sweetie, have a DD 16 and a DS 13. We all enjoy sports and outdoor activities. I know that they will be good helping me along my journey.

Looking forward to following all of you with our new tribe. Do we have a different name?

Take care all!:goodvibes

QOTD for Saturday, 3/24: Aladdin's Genie has granted you one WISH that you have to use on your health. What is one thing that you would like to change immediately, without needing weeks to make it a habit?

The one thing I would like to change immediately is to quit the dang snacking on unhealthy foods. I don't need it, I don't want it, I just munch and don't know why. :confused3

I would like to easily drink 64+ oz of water throughout the day.
I would like the ability to only eat when I am hungry. Not bored, stressed, happy, or sad. The emotional eating is definitely a big downfall for me.

Happy Saturday morning to all! I'm just popping in to say HELLO and let you all know that I made the move successfully! :thumbsup2

Glad to see you here!! Figured it was a busy week if you weren't posting. Congrats to dd. SHe must be ecstatic. So happy for her. You both must be beat. 3 am for her though is probably much easier than for you.;) It has been such a gorgeous week. We've been thoroughly enjoying this weather, too, and it probably helped with my loss this week. :thumbsup2

It's a great big beautiful tomorrow.... Love COP. awesome hh this week, CC.

Beautiful day here in NJ!! It's my last day of spring break :( so I am going to live it up!! I went to the wake last night and it was tough...I'm going again today at 3pm as well....and I have been asked to read at the funeral tomorrow.

Have an OP day and make great choices!!
~Karen
:hug: So sorry to hear about your godfather. I hope last night and today goes as well as it can, and you and your family are able to have a beautiful celebration of his life with a lot of love, some tears, and some smiles, too. :hug:

Woo hoo we're together again! :cool1: It always seems like a fresh start when we come together on the merged thread. Who doesn't like a fresh start?
I am Lisa. I'm married and have wonderful DS who is 12. I'm 51 and an attorney. I'm a veteran of many BL challenges and the Biggest Loser the last challenge. :goodvibes Recently I just hit that wonderful place known as ONE-derland for the first time in 20 years! :yay: My goal is to lose 11 more pounds before the end of this challenge to take myself out of the obese category forever. Then it's on to my goal and to be a maintainer before 2013. :woohoo: Thanks to the BL Challenges I've made lifelong friends and started running, something that I never, ever would have dreamed of doing.
BRB I'm always getting in trouble with the smilie police! ;)
I love a fresh start! But now that we're together, I need to remember if I quote you, I'll be in trouble with the smilie police too.:rotfl2: Love your smiley posts though!!
I have no doubt you will be overweight before you know it, and at goal weight this year. You have been so on track, and successful, and it will continue. Remember, I'm following you, and need your inspiration.:thumbsup2

You can come on the deck and have coffee with me . . . it's in the 30's and snowing here. :lmao:
:rotfl2: Sounds lovely. NOT!
to Run the Donald 1/2 with my WISH peeps in January.
Hey, Buffy!! Great to see this goal for you!! It looks like such an amazing weekend, and I'm hoping I will be there, at least to cheer you all on. You are going to be fabulous at 40!!

Good morning, Losers!!

It's a little chilly here today. I'm going to have a hard adjustment back to the reality of march weather.:laughing:
I've had a productive morning so far. I'm on call, and my cousin from AZ is coming this weekend, and since i wasn't sure if she'd be here today or tomorrow I did a lot of cleaning, changed the beds, scrubbed the bathroom, and just heard from her and she's not coming til tomorrow, so I have nothing else on the agenda, and a clean house to boot. :thumbsup2 Of course the phone could ring and change that, but I'm hoping not.

Tomorrow we'll all go to my brothers for a bbq/lobster feed, and it was bringing back memories. These same cousins came a few years ago for the lobster feed right after I had started back on ww and was really focused, and I did so well, had my points calculator in my pocket, enjoyed a lobster with 1 tbsp of butter, and stuck with the healthy sides, and totally stayed on plan. So tomorrow I am going to do that again. I'm bringing a garden and fruit salad, and we're going to get the lobster already cooked, so I'll volunteer to make that trip, so I won't have a drink til after, plus we'll leave the dog home, so I'll get her out for a long run/walk in the morning so she'll be good and tired out. Focus, I just need to maintain my focus, and keep my eye on the prize, seeing a 1 on that scale.

It's nice to be all back together again. Hope you all have a fabulous weekend!!!!:)

Welcome Mickeys and Donalds to the Merged Thread!

QOTD for Friday, 3/23: Introduce yourself. Share your name, how your health journey is going, and any goals you may have.

Hello Biggest Losers! My name is Jill and I am 35 years old. I am married and we have 2 boys~8 & 5 years old (soon to be 9 & 6 in May). My journey so far is going pretty well. As of last week's weigh in, I am at my lowest weight since before I had DS5! I forgot to weigh myself this weekend, so I'll do it tomorrow. I eventually want to lose about 10 more pounds (or more if I can), but am about 3 lbs away from my goal for this challenge. DH and I are taking an adults only trip to WDW in May and I want to be happy in a new bathing suit!

I am a history and special education teacher at an alternative education school for disruptive youth grades 6-12. Some days are a quite a challenge at work and I have to refrain from stuffing my face with food! In fact, I just told my middle schoolers (6-8 grade) that sometimes they stress me out so much that I want to run to Sheetz and get donuts!

Oh, and this is my second challenge~I did the fall challenge and loved all the support so much I came back for more :)

QOTD for Saturday, 3/24: Aladdin's Genie has granted you one WISH that you have to use on your health. What is one thing that you would like to change immediately, without needing weeks to make it a habit?

I would like to easily drink 64+ oz of water throughout the day.

I'm not sure it's a habit, but I want a personal grocery shopper and a personal chef to make all those healthy meals.

Okay.... gotta ask. What the HECK is a Fish Extender?? :confused3

I was wondering the same thing.

Congrats to DD. I'm glad to see she had a wonderful trip (still waiting to see pics :)) and still achieved so much in swimming. She must be so happy that she went on the trip and accomplished so much in the pool. And, congrats to you for all that driving you do!!

So.... today I restart my Healthy Habits and recording everything I eat. Monday I am starting Jillian Michaels Body Revolution. I did her 30 day shred and LOVED it! I am pretty excited.

From one Jill to another~Hello! Let us know how Body Revolution is. I tried some of the P90x dvds that I borrowed from the gym and I'm interested to see if they are similar. I loved the P90x, have you ever tried it?

My sister and I were just talking about how "cold" it's going to be next week (50s and 60s) after this 80 degree weather we had all week. We were so spoiled with a mild winter!

I hope you don't get called into work and you can just relax and enjoy that clean house. Sounds like you have a great plan for your lobster feed. I'm glad you get to visit with family!

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Well everyone, I had a busy week and this next week looks just as busy. I am so glad I've made it to the merge and can't wait to get to know some of the Mickeys that I don't know already! This past week wasn't the best eating for me, so I'm planning to get back on track starting this morning.
Thanks CC for your coaching and the HH again! You rock!
I hope everyone has a great, healthy weekend. I am off to finish desserts for a cake & pie auction at church tomorrow. I have to finish some cleaning, run to the post office, and get ready for a hockey game tonight with scouts.
I'll check in later!
Jill
QOTD for Saturday, 3/24: Aladdin's Genie has granted you one WISH that you have to use on your health. What is one thing that you would like to change immediately, without needing weeks to make it a habit?
Mine would related to eatting, just like:
The one thing I would like to change immediately is to quit the dang snacking on unhealthy foods. I don't need it, I don't want it, I just munch and don't know why. :confused3
I would like the ability to only eat when I am hungry. Not bored, stressed, happy, or sad. The emotional eating is definitely a big downfall for me.
QOTD: I would ask for a nice quiet treadmill or a quieter elliptical! I lvoe my elliptical as I get a great workout on it but it is just too loud! I have to put the closed captioning on the tv so I don't blow the speakers. THe only upside to this is that reading what is being said helps the time go by faster. Unless of course I am watching a live show like the local news in the morning where they are a good 10 seconds behind.
Hunger Games was awesome! I'm hoping to go see it again in the next few weeks!
Not doing well food wise today as we finished our Chinese food from yesterday. We are going to play Wii all afternoon and watch movies and just relax so that should help! I'm also enjoying a drink as this week has been a killer with the kids being sick. I did give a massage this morning. Not sure I will get on the elliptical today but plan on doing a few workouts tomorrow after church.
Izzie is still coughing but mostly feeling better. Temp is right on the edge! Ash seems to be having mainly allergy issues today.
Time to play some games with the family!
TTFN :tigger:
Pamela, tell DD we said congrats! DS15 was very impressed!
And no, we never ripped up the carpet. I was able to wash most of it out but we've decided that we are going to shop for carpet and do the whole upstairs, it needs to be done anyway. FYI, the resolve carpet scrubber, works really well!!
Lisa keep me posted when we get closer to thread time. Then we can start planning the meet.
Kathy thanks for the vote of confidence. I really hope I can finish the Donald. My big fear is getting swept.
