I have also been doing it since New Year's Eve. I really am enjoying it too but I also have only lost about 1 pound but I do feel stronger. I do not have a balance board but can still do it just fine although I don't think it is very accurate on the level I am working at. I do 20 minutes 5 days a week with Bob as my trainer. The way I look at it is if I wasn't doing this there is no way I would be doing these exercises on my own and I have been drinking my 8 glasses of h2o a day, 3 of them during my 20 minute workout! So this is a better than the life I was living before I started.
