I just got 350 miles put on my American Airlines account for redeeming the bonus coins they occasionally hand out. I only had 2 of them in my wallet last night, but I know there's more in my nightstand They give the coins with your pudom basis, and usually they're redeemable for food items, but this was way better!
Each color is a different point value. I got 250 mi. for gold, and 100 mi. for blue! You have to go to the customer service desk to cash in. They put it through their register and you get a receipt for your award. BTW, these points can also be applied to Delta.
