thanks to all the amount of response and info was great my wife and kids and myself leave for disney in 30 days we are going to check out the rooms and if we like them and im sure we will purchase DVC i was told all by dvc rep all rooms would be gone at beach club by early may i know that they are working on saratoga spings but has anyone of you bought thru resale and how hard was it and those of you that have toured all the dvc location have a favorite resort heard lots of good things about old key west thanks for all the help again hope to own soon

Welcome to the DIS!

You should plan to take the DVC tour during your trip. I'll be surprised if there are no BCV contracts remaining at that time, so don't worry about availability at this point. In the event that they are sold out, you can find all DVC resorts available thru resale.

Each of the DVC resorts have unique aspects that appeal, so plan to visit them all while you're there and get a feel for what's available.
