Southwest Airlines is having a big sale for their birthday. Book by Thursday for travel dates between Sept. 8th to Nov. 17th. We rebooked our trip and got a $75 credit. :thumbsup2

You beat me to it Pooh, but I've been rebooking a number of different flights...none to MCO though...and building up the credit. Looks like I'll have enough to book to MCO just with the savings. ChaChing!!!

I was going to post this as well! :cool1:

Has anyone been able to use the $25 codes in conjunction with these fares? I'm pretty sure they couldn't be used with ding fares so I was curious about promo fares. The $79 would only apply to our flight down since we we would be coming home on a Sunday.

Thanks in advance :thumbsup2

I got excited too  till I saw it wouldn't work with my flight already booked. its just certain days and times. :sad1: would have to change all my plans, don't want to do that. oh well. congrads to those who it works for.:cool1:

Thanks for this reminder! I just booked a flight Manchester, NH to Philly for my Breast Cancer 3-Day 60 - Mile Walk in October for $99.40 that is a great deal...it was going to cost me 25,000 miles plus $75 to use miles and baggage fee's...so this is a great deal!

Well I'm sad that I couldn't get any credits - I currently have 4 Southwest roundtrips booked. On the other hand, I'm happy with the job I've done booking the flights I have that are all lower than the current sale .:goodvibes

Thank you! :yay: I changed it a month or so ago and got a $20 credit and now I just got a $30 one!

Although, I decided last weekend to use my credit to go to Disney again in January so I don't know how much I'm really saving :rolleyes1.

So I'm trying to take advantage of this sale. It will only let me book adults. How do I book a 2 year old and a 9 year old? Just wondering so that we can do the family boarding. I have never flown Southwest before so I am totally new to their process.

Thanks! DH needs to get to Dallas for a family wedding in September and this saves us 50% off what we were going to have to pay.

I should have checked here first, I woke up this morning and booked an expensive flight with continental :sad1:

they have not had any really good deals from Providence to Orlando

Wish my flights to Vegas in Oct would change so I could get a credit.

I booked back when the dates for late Oct 1st opened (back a few months ago now) and check at least once a week and the fares have never changed at all.

There are only adult fares. Everyone is an adult on SW. And they don't do family boarding based off tickets. You line up between A group and B group and board after the A group unless you have A group boarding passes.

No assigned seats on SW. Keep that in mind.

Darn. I was hoping for the $39 rate but they only offer $79 rates for Columbus to Orlando. That's higher than the regular rate I already have booked.

Nothing from San Diego to Orlando or New York!! I hate living on the west coast.. getting back East is so expensive!!:sad2:

I just rebooked our family's Tucson to San Fran flights and got a $160 credit! Who-Hoo!!

Checked for my short flight in October and was able to get $39 each way(had to move flight from Friday to Thursday) and use the $25 code!!! Our flights with fees were only $70RT:yay:........Disneyland here we come.
