Where would you have dinner before a night at Jellly rolls and why. Thanks

Personally, I enjoy the beer at Big River but I've had several bad experiences with the food. I keep trying the place and keep getting disappointed, so no more food - just beer. The menu seems very limited to me for a "brew pub" and the appetizers I've had were just nasty. Chicken nachos that tasted like they had canned chicken on them - gross. ESPN has more "pub fare" - wings, sandwiches, etc. I've eaten there once but the beer selection stinks. So you see my dilema/priorities!

It would depend upon what's more important to you. ESPN has the usual beers with adequate sports bar food, better than the brewery. Big River has ok food, decent, better beer.

Just keep in mind that it's not a full blown ESPN Zone. It's ESPN Club, with a small arcade attachment. Just didn't want you to be expecting a zone, and get a club instead.

Big River is good for a beer and a burger, and that's about it. Great location, especially if you are seated outside. ESPN would be my choice, between the two. More menu choices, more adult beverage options, and overall better food quality.

We've tried ESPN Club twice now and have not been impressed either time. This time we have a ressie for Big River and are crossing our fingers for an improvement over ESPN.
