That has been discussed too, many times. BVTC would be a great exchange company and could really do a lot of things. It was rumoured when the Beach Club Villas opened up that Michael Eisner did the walk through and commented, "I still do not know why people buy these things" that shot through our company like fire --maybe with a new president -- someone will look at why DVC is so successful. The problem is the people making all of the big decisions have no hands on knowledge of membership. The managers running DVC completely get it, and really care about the members.
