People are not getting cars, even if you have a reservation. Also I think you will find Maui and Oahu are paying very high prices this week. Friendly reminder, if you are traveling at peak periods, remember Hawaii is an island and they only have so many cars available. Reserve early and consider pre pay if you are traveling during peak periods. It also helps if you are in their club
