So in 9 days I'll be taking a trip to disney world wth a group of friends which is exciting because I've never gone with more than one person and never with people who love disney as much as me. But we've already began arguing over what to do and how it should be done. I know we can't do everything everyone wants to do but any tips on how we can make it enjoyable for everyone?

biggest thing is DO NOT do everything together. in fact that is a sure fire way to be miserable and to make everyone around you miserable.. I am sure you loathe those huge groups of 10-15 or more who squeeze into line together and cause major bottlenecking.

meet for a meal or a show throughout the day and the rest of the time break off into smaller groups.

My biggest piece of advice is when you agree to the things you all want to do together whether it be a meal, arriving to the park in the morning or a particular ride, be specific! I planned a trip with 16 family members in 2011 and didn't want to come across dictatorial so I would say things like "We'll leave early for the Magic Kingdom tomorrow." Well, early means different things to different people. :rotfl:

I am planning a trip with the same group this June and my new rule is to set actual times for the things we are doing together and tell people that if they aren't in our designated meeting spot at that time, they can catch up with us later.
