Tonight is Stuie's HS Graduation
(also celebrating his full-ride college scholarship woo-hoo
) and Saturday, his dad and I celebrate our 35th anniversary -- our adorable, wunnerful, fabuloso kids are doing a party for us.
Although I am definitely having mixed feelings about the end of my role as "Mom" (trouble-shooter, owie-kisser, butt-kicker, logistics manager, and far too many other titles to list here
), it's also SO amazing and gratifying to see what awesome, kind, intelligent adults our children have become. It really IS an embarrassment of riches.

I don't think any of those jobs really EVER end to be honest with you...

-- thank you all SO MUCH for your good thoughts and kind words.
