Thanks for the congratulations everyone. We're really excited, more so now we've finally been able to tell the world as it were, instead of keeping it a secret held by the closest family members. We've known since the 6 week stage so it's been an agonising wait for us to reach this point where traditionally the pregnancy is a bit "safer".
I've been on the market today where Scott's parents work and up to the hospital finance department where Scott works and I also worked at Christmas, must have been congratulated over 100 times by various people, I felt like I was back at WDW on honeymoon wearing my just married badge!
I was supposed to finish work 2nd week of Feb but had a bad start to the pregnancy, adding that to a commute from Leeds to Lincoln a couple of days a week and I ducked out early, the extra week and a half's pay wasn't worth the strain I felt I was under. Now I've been able to work on packing up the house into boxes and getting stuff sorted on ebay, taking breaks when needed which has been a godsend. I've started to feel much better the last 2 weeks and the nausea has almost gone, just the odd bit now and again. Looking forward to the 2nd trimester now!
