Great start to the report!
I like the evolution of the destination choice. We are currently in the discussion phase for our summer family trip, the last one before Nate is in college. The boys are both ganging up on us and pushing for Europe for a tour of historical sites, mostly connected to WWII. My DH and I would prefer a trip to a tropical beach.
Now, having two teenagers of my own, I am able read "teenager", but I was surprised (and pleased) to see Marlene's descriptions using vowels and actual punctuation in her description!
Love the instagram shots, too!
Nicely done, Marlene!
Great show!
I didn't know the FAO was closing. Glad you got a chance to visit. Fantastic pictures with the BIG piano and the Muppet Making shop is really cool.
What a difference between this play-it-by-ear trip (I guess that makes sense with the music major) and the previous trip with more of a planned itinerary. Looks like you saw some interesting sights- the beautiful shop with the piano and Julliard of course.
Mmmmmm for the snack at the bakery. Thanks for the food porn!

Our first cab ride. I was hoping for the Cash Cab.
