Biergarten - when does the band play?

I'm hoping someone out there can help me. I want to visit Biergarten for lunch, but I don't know when the oompah band plays. Is it a fixed schedule, like on the hour every hour, or is it on the times guide? The Disney website calendar has them listed, but I'm not sure if that is outside the restaurant or inside. I don't want to miss them when we go to lunch!

Any help would be great! Thanks!
