Biergarten show times

We'd like to make a PS for the Biergarten. Does anyone know the times of the shows?

There are no specific times posted anywhere
If you go for Lunch you will most likely see one they are further apart but unless you walk in at the enf of one and eat fast...
for Dinner you will see one
personally I think the lunch menu is better I try to eat there late afternoon
