Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique - which one should I keep?

Hi everyone! I Have two reservations for bibbidi bobbidi boutique and I'm not sure which is the better option?

One is april 20th (sunday) at 8.35 am.. the park opens at 9… We are not staying in the disney resorts on this day though so what time would I need to get to the park in order to actually get to my reservation on time? We are not morning people… This booking is in the magic kingdom castle area.
Would it be a benefit to get in before the park officially opens? Maybe my husband and son could get started on some of the rides?

The other booking is on the 24th at 2.40 in downtown disney… its a very easy going time for us.

Do you prefer downtown disney's boutique or the one in the castle? I read online that the castle one tends to feel a bit overcrowded.

The benefit to the 830 reservation though is that I would get the most value for my money as she would be dressed as a princess for more of the day… although i really wonder how comfortable she would be in this dress….? Maybe I should take a change of clothes

Any thoughts?

We did BBB twice for my daughter and both at DTD. From our experience, I would prefer the morning appoitnment at the castle. That's based on how long we waited at DTD. The first time was about the same appointment time as yours and we ended up waiting a long time. Close to an hour IIRC. The second appointment I scheduled was for 9:ish. We still waited but closer to 15-20 min. So for your 2:40 appt. you may not get out of there until closer to 5:00. That's why I say take the morning appointment, you'll have a short wait, if any at all, plus your daughter will have the whole day to be the princess that she is.

I would totally make the early morning castle one!! Plan ahead the day before so you can be morning people that day, and enjoy being in the park before the crowds. Plus at the castle has to beat DDT in a little princesses' eyes?

Ok will take the castle one. I have cinderellas royal table dinner on the 18th for my daughter and I... I hope I can manage to get a reservation on the 20th for dinner! That would be soooo perfect!!
