Planning a somewhat impromptu 1st Visit as a Christmas surprise, and I'm trying to book a BBB session at the end of January. Right now, the only thing available at MK is at 6:35p - I took it just in case, but I would really prefer an earlier session if possible.
1 - Anyone have any experience with cancellations? I'm a Disney veteran, but this is my first trip with a family of first-timers (and a little girl!) so I've never really paid attention to BBB advice. I know with dining you can get lucky especially in the week or so before, but wasn't sure if that was the same for BBB.
2 - Is there an easier way to check for availability than calling up every day? It takes forever to have to go through the menu of options and then explain my whole trip to the CM who ends up taking my call. I know there are openings earlier in the day at Springs, plus the appointment I did take, and I would like to avoid having the same conversation every day about our itinerary for the next 59 days if I can. (No offense to the CMs - they're just doing their jobs, but it would be nice to have a quick way to check things without them having to go through my travel history just to tell me there are no openings!)
3 - Is there anything similar to a dining reservation finder or the DIS ADR swap board here for these kinds of appointments that I should be checking?
