ok so i know that the Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique is mainly for little girls but would it be terribly embarrassing if i (15) went to the boutique to get myself done? or if they even do teenage girls?
just wondering bc since they recently opened this i never really had the chance to be a real "princess"princess: and would absolutely love:love: to do this
just wondering on your opinions or experiences if anyone had one

There are teens that do it.
I wouldn't be embarrased.
The dresses are only certan sizes though.

I'd go to get my hair done :)

I was wondering the same thing.
My dad mentioned that he was thinking about booking for my little sister, and asked if I'd like to do it as well.
I said that I wasn't sure if teens could get it done.
Guess I know now.
I'd love to do this.

YES!:woohoo: yay im so excited now, but yeah i'd probs just get my hair and nails done and skip the make-up part though bc i think i can handle that on my own lol but i'd bring my princess belle crown and wear that
now i can finally be a princessprincess:

I personally think its a horrible waste of money. The hair is mediocre just a bun with a mini tiara or a fake hair scrunchie something i could do, the nails are the little kid stick on plastic type. we were there in august and the salon is even that special, looks like your typical hair place but with more pink.
Sorry if it was better i would love to do it dont get me wrong i dont have a general hate towards this kind of stuff i just think there are better uses for the money. if your there why not a really nice dinner or pick a pearl in japan? something you will always remember, not that time a cm through your hair in a bun and slapped some glittery make up on you.

BBB just opened, it wasn't there last August.

no like this August ie: the summer of 2006, or 10 months ago

Oh, sorry.

Anyway, it's only around 50$ (according to Disney's website) so why not try it for yourself?

well for 50$ i could do so much more at Disney or have my hair done for homecoming or go out to the movies or buy the next HP book, i guess it just wouldn't be that much of a thrill for me because i have had my hair done before.

The homecoming thing you could only do once, but buying the book or going to the movies you could do ANYTIME. How often can you get your hair done at Disney!? ;)

Yes, it was. I got my hair & nails done on the 26th.
Anyway. Go for it! It's so much fun, and the Fairy Godmothers make everyone feel like a princess. Or prince. Yes, even guys can get their hair done. But, they usually paint their hair and add sparkles to it.

I want to do it. :p Sounds like fun, and 50$ is actually very cheap!

I'd go for it.That wouldn't be embarrassing.I've never heard of it but if I go to disney in Sept. I might see if my mom will let me get my hair done.

I was poking around on some of the other boards and found that instead of going to the BBB, I might want to go to the Barber Shop in MK. They do your hair for 5 dollars, and I think I'd rather spend my money on that.

Hmm! I have been thinking about doing it when we go in June. It would feel good to be a sixteen year old princess. Just..no nails and dress for me. :)

Actually no. I got my hair done there, and it was 17$.

They put color gel in your hair, then throw pixie dust in it.

exactly, i've made up my mind and i'm going:goodvibes lol....now just to convince my family into letting me and to make reservations
thx everyone for your opinions

I was wondering the same thing! I'll be 16 for our next trip in August and we're going to the Pirate and Princess Party, so we're making reservations for me to get my hair done that day. Now I just need to bribe my friend that makes costumes for the drama club to put together my Alice in Wonderland outfit to go with the hair. I wish they made dresses in bigger sizes!
