so my boy friend just got arrested and well he said he was with his friend and the guy started taggin and he was about to leave and the cops showed up? idk if hes telling the truth?

I know I may be a downer but tagging is very much illegal in the state of California. So just getting arressted and not charged with a crime is very good. Well obviously its not great but its better then him going to jail or having to pay a huge fine

hun, I hope he's telling the truth. even if he was just tagging thats still illegal. I had a friend who's boyfriend got arrested but he told her it was no big deal. ended up he was arrested with drugs and released on bail. the next week he was arrested for drug possesion and gang violence and ended up in juvy. and rehab. She met him a church and none of us had no idea of him doing this. he seemed like a good kid. I'm not saying your bf is anything like this, I don't know him. I just don't want you gettng hurt like my friend.
