We have been renting these out since the first time we ever went to Disney

Were can we hire these out ? , How much for a half an hour ? and at what age could the boys drive them there selves ?

Everyones getting points today as I can't find out the correct answer
we were always been told when we rented these that you had to be 16 to drive theses but most people have answered 12 years and nearly everyone came up with a different price too
