Beyond Fantasyland

We're heading back for our third annual trip with DD5 and DD2.5. On our previous trips, we've spent only 1 day at MK, and pretty much stayed exclusively in Fantasyland (crazy, I know, but it worked well for us).
This trip I want to choose Fastpasses that will get us out into the rest of the park. What would you suggest? I was thinking Jungle Cruise, Splash Mountain and ?? Wishes?
We'll probably plan to visit Fantasyland in the evening after our afternoon break for some favourites. Any other rides that would work well with both kids' ages or is a can't miss with rider swap for the older?

I don't recommend the Wishes FP really. I'd go for JC, splash if you like the big rides, and maybe pirates of the Caribbean to get you more around the park. I like buzz a lot too but not sure if a 2.5 year old could reach the laser gun. I could also see tomorrowland speedway being a hit but I probably wouldn't use a FP on it.

The three mountains always have long waits. Especially Space. JC would be a good choice, but if you go in the morning or later at night, it'll have virtually no wait.
