*Beware* Summer Bay Resorts

I just returned from Orlando. We went up for Halloween Horror Nights and had a wonderful time. On Friday we went to the hotel that Hotelkingdom had directions forWhen we got to the gate, we were turned around and told to go to a tourist building around the way from the Gate house. Went over there and told the lady that I had reservations and she told me that there was nothing under my name. I told her that I booked with Hotelkingdom and she said "OH, you need to go across the road to the Inn at Summer Bay". I wasn't really liking what I was hearing. I went across the street and I checked in. I wasnt impressed with the rooms. The rooms on Hotelkingdom were im sure that resorts across the road. Also, they forget to tell you that there is going to be a $150.00 security fee in charged onto your card, while you are booking through Hotelkingdom also. So be aware. I wont stay here ever again....

well i have stayed at summer bay resort and i loved it very much, they also have a holiday inn on the property as well, i have just recently heard about the motel across the street from it-not great feedback on this place.

I'm going to move this to the Accomodations board. I am sorry you were mislead on where you thought you were staying. Did you double check when you go home that what the property reps told you was in fact correct?
