I usually do, Bebr. I usually walk a mile in the morning and a mile at night. My dog has been too weak for our regular quick walk. As soon as I get her blood sugar under control and she has the energy to do those two miles aday, I'll go back to walking with her, again. Right now, I'm forcing myself to do the WATP tape, instead.
I have to walk Sassy before sunrise and after dark. She is antisocial when it comes to other dogs (or any other mammal for that matter) so I walk her at times that we are less likely to meet other dogs being walked.
I've been doing this two miles a day for years. Just hit a little snag right now. Tell you what...I'll do the WATP twice until I can go back to the outside constitutional.
If you are walking in my neighborhood and not stopping for coffee, you are really hurting my feelings. I had no idea you walked so far from home. WOW, you must really burn lots of calories. What is that...400 miles?
