Thinking of Xmas time for next year. When lining up reservations at the 11 month window, is it best to call or send an email? I would think that the phone call is better if you can get through as you know the response, but does anyone have another opinion?

Unquestionably, I'd call to get immediate confirmation!!!!! We always call day by day 11 months prior to peak periods :D

yes - definitely call everyday - and the early the better - I was going to stay in a studio standard view BWV and I forgot to call one day - call around 10:00 am and all the studio standard were gone.

this was Thankgiving not Christmas - but I think they are both equally busy.

I really like the first two weeks of December - all the Christmas decorations are up and the parks are not nearly as busy as they are at Christmas.

Yes, call day by day at 9 am. Last year I called at exactly 11 months out at 9 am to book a NYE standard view BWV studio. MS confirmed my reservation for 2 studios and then they called me back at 10 am and unconfirmed the studios. Maybe it is best not to answer your phone and they can call someone else to cancel! MS told me they confirmed about 60 studios but only had 33 available.
