Me-38, DH took me to DW for my 1st time on our honeymoon. Been back 5 times since in 12 years. Absolutely love Disney World!
DH-42, He had been several times before we got married.
DD-10, Is missing owl pellet disection day in school for the trip. (Yuk!) This is her 4th trip to DW.
DS-5, This is his 3rd trip to DW, but 1st time flying.

We start out our actual park visit at MGM. All my research from here, TGM, The UG and anywhere else I could find led me to believe this would be the best day for MGM- and they were right! :cool1: We got up and got ready, ate a little breakfast at the condo and headed on to the park. Traffic wasn't bad and it didn't take us long to get there at all. We got in and headed straight for TOT and RNR. We got FP for RNR and headed over to TOT for a baby swap. I think DH & DD who went 1st waited about 10 minutes total! DD was riding TOT when she was 4, but DS who is 5, isn't anywhere near ready to ride! Then we went over and did the baby swap at RNR. DS was doing pretty well just hanging out w/out riding anything. We then headed up towards The Great Movie ride. Of course we had to stop and look in the shops. The kids loved the villian's store. We all enjoyed the movie ride and then saw on our schedule where the POWER RANGERS were getting ready to come out! Well of course we had to head straight over there! DS and DD both enjoyed meeting them and got their pictures and autograph w/ the red (DS's favorite), the pink and I think the green. That just made DS's day. I think we then did the Muppet show, good as always and then we decided we were ready for lunch. We had reservations for Sci-Fi for dinner, but since we were near there and wanted to see a showing of Lights, Motor, Action coming up in about 2 hours, we decided to check and see if Sci-Fi had any open tables. They did have a limo avaiable (the table not in a car), so we said that was fine and canceled our dinner PS. We had a nice lunch and all enjoyed the cartoons. Then we headed over to L,M,A. Well, if DS wasn't happy enough from meeting the PR's, this would do it. He loved this show!! It was pretty cool. After that, we hit the Backlot Tour, the kids played in the HISTK playground and we saw a few characters. We then checked out Little Mermaid and that made us just about finished w/ all we wanted to do. We had not had to wait in lines for anything!! :cool1: Star Tours make DH and I sick, we have seen the IJ show plenty of times and I think the kids thought they were too old for the show w/ Bear.

We decided to head back to TOT and RNR to try and get in a ride before dinner and Fantasmic. We were able to do both! We got dinner at the outside counter service places across from Fantasmic. DH and DD wanted a burger and chicken fingers and they ended up standing in a way long line for that...that was the longest of the day.

A nice CM gave us a refill on our popcorn, even though he said they weren't supposed to and we headed up to Fantasmic. I like the changes they had made since last time we saw it. We had decent seats, even though we didn't get there far ahead of time. (Maybe 30 minutes, I can't remember--DH wasn't seeing a need to hurry in. I however was fearing a jammed packed crowd w/ standing room only! Luckily, DH was right on this one!)

We headed on back to the condo after the show was over and went for a swim again. It was still warm enough for that. We had the best day at MGM, the crowd size was so little!! We had never experienced that small of a crowd, even when we went in October or the 1st week in December. It was awesome! After a quick swim and hot tub, we got everyone to bed. Tomorrow was Animal Kingdom and Cirque day!!
