Veggie Flatbread - is a cold sandwich & really good. It had eggplant, red peppers, zucchini, yellow squash, feta cheese & hummus. Though I'm not a huge fan of feta cheese & hummus, I still loved this flatbread. It also had some type of vinagrette(sp?) dressing. There is potato salad on the side that was fine, but not great.

My Dessert: Strawberry Shortcake which was delicious! Strawberries & whipped cream were very fresh.

DS(15) got the Ham & Salami Grinder which was Ham, salami, lettuce, asiago cheese, & mustard. He wasn't thrilled w/ it but that's mainly because he doesn't like sandwiches w/ toppings on it. So the mustard & lettuce annoyed him even though he tried to pull them off.

DS(9) ordered the Kid's Make Your Own Sub which came w/ 2 slices of Turkey, provolone, lettuce & tomato. He left the lettuce & tomato off. Even though I think turkey & provolone is a little bit of a weird combo, he loved it! He now will only have provolone on turkey at home! The unsweetend applesauce was on the side which he didn't eat. He also had the choc. pudding. The Brownie in the background was DS(15) dessert, which he said was good.

Sorry I only have a few photos from Boma, but I just love it so much & can never remember the names of everything I take from the buffet, I didn't even try this time. This was my last plate: In the bowl was THE MOST DELICIOUS SEAFOOD STEW...it was full of mussels, shrimp, small scallops & vegetables! It had a sweet flavor & one of the most wonderful things I have ever eaten, yes it was that good!! To the left on the plate is a cold macaroni salad which I had 2nds of...it also had a sweet flavor...yummy!

DS(9) Dessert plate: left to rt.: Peanut Butter Mousse, Zebra Dome & Zebra Dome that he accidentally flipped over. Thought you might want to see that so you can see what's inside: the bottom is a soft cake & the inside is gooey.

My Dessert plate: clockwise from top: Chocolate Cinnamon Mousse was ok, Peanut Butter Mousse w/ Peanut brittle crust was way too peanut buttery...I know what did I expect?, Caramel Cheesecake was really good, but I'm a huge cheesecake fan, some sort of "fruit" maybe mango, Panna Cotta was nasty, way too fruity & tart, Choc. Chip cookie was good, Warm Banana Bread Pudding w/ Vanilla Sauce was very good.
