I too am a CP and went over and rode it three times yesterday. I think i'm going to go over and ride it again after my shift on sunday.

We got to ride this last weekend. All I can say is it is awesome!! Can't wait until our next trip to the World so we can ride it again. My 5 year old ds rode twice and loved it!

Just curious...how scary is it for youngsters? Does your 5 year old scare easily? I have 2 DD's, ages 6 and 8 that love roller coasters, but I've heard with Yeti it can be scary for little ones. Any thoughts??

Can you describe what the drops are like (forward and backward) and what's this ride like compared to Big Thundermountain Railroad as far as the drops go?

Although from what I saw I am kinda disappointed in the amount of "Yeti time." For such a hype behind the Yeti it seems as though you just get a quick glimpse and don't encounter him much.

I was thinking the exact same thing.

At the end of the ride, that camera sure was put down awfully quick, like somebody was afraid of getting into trouble.

I think they're going to be pretty strict with the access to the ride...the wait this afternoon was about an hour and they weren't letting anyone in the area of the attraction without a CM id and the guests that were with them.
