Best Western Plus Pavillions - thoughts?

Considering options for our next trip. BWPPI was great,and loved the proximity to the park entrance.

Wondering if BWPlus Pavillions (On Katella) has access to the parks other than walking down Katella and Harbour? I saw somewhere someone said it was a 10 minute walk through the GHC. Can just anybody cut through the GHC?

HI Piglet,
we've stayed there on our last few visits. The walk is really not that bad - though we did take the ART on the last visit mostly because of my back issues - which, btw, probably took longer then just walking. Anyways, you can walk down Katella and cross the street at West St/Disneyland Dr then walk down to the GCH and walk through to the security entrance in DTD. It is about 10 minutes and it's a nice walk with not much traffic - if you have the stamina to take it back at night, it's very pretty.

Also i really like the BW Pavilions - it's very clean, great service, nice pool - i highly recommend it.

I stayed here in April. We walked down Katella and then down Disneyland drive and cut through the Grand with no issues. Anyone can cut through the Grand. It took us I'd say around ten minutes. Not bad at all!

And I too, really liked this property. My group was 3 women and we felt very safe. The room was larger then I imagined. The sink was outside from the tub/shower and toilet, which made getting ready easier. There was a nice sized fridge and microwave. We were on the top floor (there's only 2) and we heard no noise at all. The staff were friendly. Check in and out was fast and easy. They even let us use their computer to print our tickets. We get a killer deal on Expedia and I would stay there again!

Oh and Marri's pizza was next door and I think a convenience store. They share a parking lot with Denny's and a CoCo's is down t he street =)
