Best Western Plus Anaheim Inn vs Paradise Pier?

We are planning our trip for Jan.27th- Feb.2nd. Has anyone stayed at this particular Best Western? I like that it is closer for my 3 yr old, no parking fees, and a free breakfast. Is it worth the extra $ to stay in Paradise Pier for the "bubble experience" and extra magic hour? Am I missing anything on my pros/cons list?

I actually think you are going at a decent time crowd wise. Normally, I would say take a couple of days at PPH for the EMH. But you will have at least 3 day passes so you will get early entry one day to DL anyway to hit the fantasyland rides with your 3 year old. I think BW is actually closer than PPH to the parks but PPH is a much less stressful walk. Another thing to consider if it is more than just you and your 3 year old, PPH would give you a hotel to use with public spaces rather than just a hotel room. That might be nice if the 3 year old needs naps, or goes to bed earlier (or if other people would use EMH for thrill rides) than the rest of your group.

Thank you for your reply :) We are going to be in the parks 5 days. It will be my dh, me, 16 yr old ds, and 9 yr old dd, as well as the 3 yr old dd and only 38 inches tall, lol. I am having a hard time trying to plan our trip to maximize our stay because of the large age differences and interests. Little dd is so into the princesses and fantasyland, and it is her very first time going. While the older two are more into the bigger rides. I am using the disneyland daily planning to try to figure it all out. It's kinda like wedding planning all over again.

I’ve stayed at best western park place inn multiple times. My sis stayed at bw Anaheim inn and said It’s not as good.

One thing to consider is that Paradise Pier rooms are relatively large, and all have a sofa sleeper. Since you have 5 people in your party it may be nice to have the extra room and sleeping surface. EMH is always the biggest onsite perk for me. It's especially good at DCA since only hotel guests have access to it.

ETA: The bag check line would also be less stressful coming from Paradise Pier as opposed to Harbor Blvd.
