Best Western Orlando airport hotel with Go Port

I've booked Best Western Orlando hotel with Go Port. When I went to search for it on the website go port it said sold out but on the official best western website it shows available I've sent text, email and live chat to see why it's showing sold out on the go port website no response must be very delayed and busy I'm guessing.

It could be that the transportation to the port (which is presumably why you're using GoPort) is full.
