I landed this hotel for 8-30 for one night on Priceline for $25! I'm so happy. I have been wanting to use Priceline and was always scared to. We are using this as our driving night and will be staying at PBH the rest of our visit in Orlando. I don't know a thing about this place but for $25 I don't really care I'm sure it'll be clean and that's all I care about. I just wanted to pass this along to my fellow dis'ners. Also, I saw many people are bidding $30 for July stays and winning them at this hotel. I asked for *2.5 in Disney Area for $23 when it declined I added Downtown Orlando for a free rebid (as there are no *2.5 in DT Orlando) and won the bid I have two rooms for the one night. I'm so pleased and I hope this helps some of you as you all help me so much. I called the Hotel to req. smking and King rooms and close together. The lady was very nice and told me for an addtional $10 she could grant me a Del. king w/sleeper sofa which is a larger room and larger balcony. I passed on that but may help someone else to know that's avail.

Tammy,
I'm confused. Are you and DH splitting up in the two rooms or is someone coming to help with the kids?

I stayed there for one night and $25 is an excellent rate. We had the king room with sofa bed and it was great! It was my mom, her DH, myself and my 2yo DS (at the time). During the day, there was sooo much room for my DS to play in the room and at night, DS and I slept on the sofabed and it was very comfortable.
I don't think you will have any complaints. Housekeeping was wonderful and the room was clean and nicely appointed. Have fun!

Susy, Why heck no I'm not splittting a room with my sweet husband.LOL:p But we are taking and Employee and His wife on the trip with us.:D We are giving our Shop Manager this trip as a bonus, I guess it's a bonus for us to.;) I appriciate the info on the rooms. I did'nt think for a large chain like that I would get a sure enough dump or anything. I wanted to stay at the Grand Bohemin, but I did'nt want to spoil the PBH amenties to them. They have never stayed at nice place like PBH before and Hugh (employee) is looking forward to it. He is telling his wife that we are going to a Used Car Dealers Convention in Orlando.LOL There Anniversary was in June and he worked and did'nt take her anywhere and has always wanted to experience a Nice place, I'm sure they'll be spoiled from the service and Luxury of PBH. I have told him anything he could dream up as a surpise for the trip the Conceirge could make it happen! For a price of course.LOL We just wanted to go back so back and figured hey, why not comp there stay because he does a wonderful job and like us has a large family and luxuries don't come that often for either families. I'm looking forward to staying in DD and eating at Fulton's Steakhouse our first night in.

This sounds like a great deal. Thanks so much for passing on the info! I might want to try this too sometime!

Wow!!! Have a wonderful time! I know you will! Don't forget to give us a report. I'll be looking forward to it.
I'll be at AKL very, very soon!!!! Yipeee!!!!!!

Just wanted to say after reading your post I bidded and got the same price for Fri. Sept 6. I have never used priceline before. My total for 5 nights in downtown disney is $122 that includes tax and everything. I paid that for one night last year.
I am staying at courtyard in dd Sep2-6 and Best western Sept6-7. I was not wanting to move hotels but was dreading paying $109 for that Friday night at courtyard. You just saved me a bunch. Now I will have another nice meal. Thanks so much for your help.

:D I'm am so happy to finally be about to help someone eles on these boards. Everyone is always so kind and helpful here. I'm tickled you go what you need for great rate. That was my first time using priceline I was a nervous wreck. I would have never done that if we were taking the kids. But for just us I figured heck if it did'nt work I was only out $25. Someone else posted and said I would'nt be dissappoint in the BW. I'm so glad have a great meal.:bounce:

Hi,

That is an awesome rate for that hotel Priceline is fantastic!!!

I booked a 3* hotel and got the renassiance on 192 for only $35 a night. What a lovely hotel for the price. staying here for six nights and then heading over to OKW for another 5.
Right now, I am wondering why I have obsessed over staying on site for so long. After this trip I am going to wonder if I will want to stay on site for the rest of my Disney days or stay at a nice hotel like the renassiance for 40 a nite including taxes and fees.

I just think if I can get a rate like $25 a night , I will be able to stay for 3 weeks instead of only two!!!
:D

That's great Purr. Like I said that was my first exp with priceline. I got 3* Marriott yesterday in downtown Atlanta for $40 a night for an employee. I love it. And your right why stay on site when you can stay a mile a way and stay a week more with $$$ saved! It just makes good $$$ to me. We rented a home in Rolling Hills for 599 for 5 nights then PBH for 180 for two nights and we stayed 7 nights total that was a nice vacation. On property that would what amounted to about 3 or 4 nights! So we had space to roam then were pampered!

$25 is a great rate for the Best Western LBV. We stayed their
last year and although we paid $79, I was pleased . The room
was rather large and clean. We had a great view of Downtown
Disney and ended up on the 14th floor. The best views are
floor 7 and up! Have fun!!!!
