i've been looking into staying at the Best Western lake buena vista at downtown disney.
I was just wondering on a couple things. do they provide transportation from the airport to the hotel? do you know how much the breakfast costs? there is not a continental breakfast right?
are the restaurants good and reasonable at the hotel?
any other info would be greatly appreciated!

we'll be staying for 5 nights in april and want something reasonably priced but nice :)

some of their rates include the buffett.

mind didn't I think it $7.99 or $6.99 per person for breakfast.

now this is a full breakfast - eggs, bacon, sauage, ceral, biscuits, waffles, etc

no transportation back and forth to the airport.

you have to get it yourself (not a big problem).

it does provide transportation back and forth to the WDW parks. that say if they are still putting the MK and AK together - then at the MK just walk over to CR and take the DD bus back to DD area and walk to LBVBW

I'll be staying there in January, so I'll post information after I get back. In the meantime, I'd also be interested in hearing others' reviews or any helpful information. :)

We stayed at the Best Western last week. We thought the hotel was very nice and clean. We used a towncar service ( Fl. Tours ) that cost $109 roundtrip to and from the airport. We enjoyed using the hotel shuttle buses to and from the parks. It is walking distance from Downtown Disney and from the Crossroads Shopping Center. We didn't have to wait more than a few minutes for any of the buses and liked the fact that we didn't have to worry about driving or parking the whole stay. It made for a very relaxing vacation.

thanks for the info, sounds like the hotel is great. that transportation from the airport to the hotel was really expensive! is there somewhere else to get it cheaper???

depends upon your party size. 4 or more -towncar is definitely the way to go.

that say Mears has a shuttle that goes to the local hotels.

with a shuttle you would be sharing the ride with others going to the same place. (since the DD hotels are so close together - it might go to a couple of these hotels on one trip)
