Best Western Anaheim Inn same as BW Park Place Inn? Where to get best hotel prices?

I'm confused. Are there two Best Westerns across the street from Disneyland? In looking at prices I've come across BW Park Place and BW Anaheim Inn. If so, what's the difference in quality?

Also, where have you found the best prices for hotels?

They are two different hotels, just down the street from each other. The Park Place Inn is directly across the street. Anaheim Inn is across the street, and a few doors down. Still very close. I stayed at the Park Place Inn in March and loved it! Of course that was because they gave us a room with a view!
