Best webcam? HELP!!

I am desperately needing a webcam. The problem is that I need one soon and I do not have the time to do my normal research. I normally research anything that I buy for a couple of days to make sure that I am getting exactly what I want. I need one that has a good picture and I am willing to pay for it if I have to. Please give me some suggestions for the best one.

A few months ago we got an average quality one for about $60 US it does average video and sound. There were more in the $100-200 range that Im sure were three times as good.
