Best ways to get to our dining reservations?

We are staying at the cabins in Ft. Wilderness for the first time in March. We have ADR set up at Chef Mickey's, Cape May Cafe (breakfast) and princess breakfast at Aukershus (sp?) at Epcot. We are planning on being at MK the day we have Chef Mickey's dining reservation, so I'm guessing we just take the monorail to the Contemporary right? For the breakfasts, they are both scheduled at 8:55 a.m. Will the buses be working by then? And do we take the bus to MGM and then take the boat to Cape May Cafe and to World Showcase in Epcot? The monorail will work. You can also walk to the Contemporary.

Yes, getting to Cape May, you need to take a bus from the Outpost to the Studios, then walk/boat over to Cape May. There will be a bus to the Studios starting at 7am.

For Akershus, just take the direct bus to Epcot from the Outpost. There will be a bus starting at 7am.
It is probably just as far to walk from the front entrance of Epcot to Norway, as it is from the boat dock at World Showcase, plus you skip the very long boat ride from Studios to Epcot.
