Best way to travel from 7:30AM Ohana ADR to MK (9 am opening)

Ok. The goal is to enjoy our Ohana breakfast. Stitch is DDs favorite character. Our touring style is relaxed efficient use of time. We plan on arriving via taxi to Poly at 7:15. Hopefully amoung the first seated. Since it is buffet we will pay as soon as possible. Enjoy a no rush breakfast and character interaction. Once finished we will proceed in a calm and orderly manner to MK. Do we take the monorail or boat? Our goal is Space Mountain by 9:15ish. I think boat would be the most fun but I have a wee concern that it's not the best use of our time.

I would say hop on the monorail. It's pretty quick and efficient when I was there last week to go from the Poly to MK.

That would be great (the monorail loads on the same floor as, and just across the lobby area from, Ohana.)
There is only one quick stop at Grand Floridian after the monorail leaves the Poly, then the next stop is at MK.

The MK Shuttle boat is a nice ride, but it is a long walk from Ohana all the way to the boat dock, (see map below) and the ride to the MK on the water will take longer than the monorail trip.

Resort Monorail would be the fastest and most convenient.

If you have time and it is warm and nice out the Resort launch boat is a nice ride.

Ohana breakfast once you get seated tends to run fast. We had one recently with about ten people and we were finished eating and had multiple character pictures in about 45 minutes.

Thank you everyone for the great responses. And Robo your map really helped map out my decision making process. I think we will stick with monorail since it seems to be more inline with our touring style which is go go relax repeat!

I would say monarail but if you like boats, go for it! Don't let anything hold you back!
