Best Way to Switch from AKV to CCV?

For the last many trips to WDW, we have flown. In February, we will be driving, mainly because of no more Magical Express and because we will be driving over to the Daytona 500 in the middle of our trip so we need a car and rental cars are astronomical right now. Anyhow, we have a 3-way split stay, and I am planning parks around where we will be staying. My question is about our switch from AKV to CCV. The plan is to go to DHS for early entry hours that morning and then heading to MK for the afternoon and evening. So should we......?

1. Check out of AKV, drive to DHS, and then drive to CCV and take the boat to MK. I'm worried about this due to the fact that there are no trams, so I'm afraid that parking in the DHS lot will be horrible.

2. Check out of AKV, take a bus to DHS, come back to AKV, and then drive to CCV and take the boat to MK.

3. Drive to CCV, take a bus to DHS, take a bus to MK, and then boat to CCV. Wouldn't we have to get up SUPER early to do this?

Which would be the best way to move the car?

I would vote for #1. As popular as early entry is on these boards, the truth is that relatively few people take advantage of them, and many of those people use Disney transportation to get there. Meaning that your parking spot probably won't be all that far from the entrance of DHS. It's not like you'll be way out on the far end of the last row in the lot! Hopefully someone who's been there recently (our last trip was in June) will come with current observations to report.

I can't decide between the second and third alternative. I've tried!

The trams aren’t all that necessary at DHS. The parking lot is wide but not deep, and they tend to park people in the closer sections. This will especially be the case with you going so early in the day.
I would probably do option 1 or option 3, but if you did option 3, you’d have to have Bell Services store your luggage until the room is ready. The other option is to have Bell Services transfer your luggage between resorts; they’ll even come pick it up from your room.

This is good to know about the parking!

Great information! I had never noticed that about the parking lot. As far as bell services, we probably won't use them since we will have our vehicle. We always use them when we have a split stay when we fly.
