Best way to purchase water park tickets AND park tickets?

We are planning a trip in late May/June, I was thinking of purchasing the 4 day MYW tickets for this stay. However, we really want a day or two at Blizzard Beach during this stay. I have been trying to figure out the best (cheapest) way to do this and thought I would bring it to the experts

Am I correct in reading that a water park season pass is almost the same in price as 2 days at the water parks? I found this info on another site but can't find anywhere on the Disney site to purchase? Is it only for Florida residents? If we bought WP season passes, we could do a water park only trip in Oct. Thanks for any help!

Here are the prices for non-Florida residents with tax included:

• Single Day Admission to WP = $ 55.38/$ 46.86 (adult/child)
• WP Annual Pass = $ 106.45/$ 85.73 (adult/child)
• WPF&M addon to MYW ticket = $ 60.71 (same for both adult or child)

if you have kids interested in the YES program, that has some classes in June and there are good discounts on the kids premium tickets that include water parks
