best way to get to Trattoria al Forno for breakfast?

Traveling with a group of first timers, and they are going to a 10:15am breakfast at Trattoria al Forno. What's the best way for them to get there that time of morning? Will the Friendship Boats be running? They'll be coming from Port Orleans Riverside, so what time would you guess they should leave? My initial thought was have them leave POR at 9am, bus to DHS, friendship boat to Boardwalk. Just not sure how reliable/frequent the boats are at park opening. Uber/taxi isn't an option as there are 7 of them with 2 car seats. Thanks all!

Yes, bus to DHS then boat; though walking from DHS to TF may be quicker. They should leave POR at 9 or a bit earlier.

Thanks! I'll give them walking as an option too, but it will be late August heat and I can just hear my mother in law now
