best way to get to Olivia's Cafe from POFQ?

Hello Disney friends,
I have been reading great reviews for Olivia's Cafe and this is our first time back in 30 years! My question is, what is the best and fastest way to get to Olivia's Cafe from POFQ? We are planning to eat breakfast there by the way.

A cab would be your best bet if you don't have a car. The next I'm thinking is boat to DTD then boat to OKW. I'm not sure if the boats run that early though. I would do a cab. It can't cost to much since the resorts entrances are so close. You could also take bus to Epcot and then catch the bus to OKW.
