Best Way to get to MK for an ADR at CP prior to park opening- staying offsite

My cousin and her family have an ADR at the Crystal Palace at 8 am this weekend- that is one hour prior to the park opening. They are driving to Disney World for the day from Daytona Beach. Thanks in advance!!

Park at the TTC, take the resort monorail to MK.
