Best way to get from Shades of Green to Boardwalk?

We are going to need to get from Shades to the Boardwalk area for a family photo shoot on the Sunday morning of our trip. The photo shoot will be around 9:30am. We aren't renting a car (we are most likely taking a car service from MCO to Shades and vice versa).

Can we get a Disney bus at the TTC or Poly? Do they start early enough to get us there? Or do we need to look into a cab (or two?) There will be 4 adults and one 15 month old.

If you don't have to be there before 9:30:

Assuming DHS opens at 9, the first SOG bus for there should leave at 8:30. At DHS you can board the Friendship Boat to the BW, which should get you there right around 9:30.

If you need to be there earlier, you can get a bus to DHS at Poly starting around 6:30-7 a.m. The boats at DHS start running 1 hour before park opening. Allow 90 minutes, as you may have to wait up to 20 minutes for the bus from Poly.
