Best way to get from POFQ to Universal?

This is our first trip to WDW and I've been so obsessed with mapping out our 2 days at WDW that I forgot about planning to get from my resort to Universal?

Anyone have any tips? Is a taxi best? When I purchased my park to park ticket through Southwest, the previous offer of the transfer was no longer available.

We have a 'sticky' at the top of this board that deals with 'Transportation to US/IoA'...you will find a ton of good info there.
In short....if there are only two or three people, Mears is the way to go. It's about $20 pp, r/t. If more than that, a car service will be in order. I believe a car service is running about $70 r/t now..but could be wrong.

On the dreamsunlimited website there is an option to buy a Universal ticket with transportation included from Disney World.
