Best way to get from FW to Poly for 7.45am ADR? then to MK?

Hi,

We are staying in the cabins at Fort Wilderness and on our day at MK wanted to do a breakfast at CP but its unavailable, so I booked Kona Cafe at the Poly but am unsure of best way to get there for 7.45am ADR? Also what would be the best way to then get to MK? Many Thanks (It's not a day of EMH) We will have our 18mth old with us.

There is a boat that runs from FW/WL/CR that starts at 6:45 am.

Take the Settlement Purple bus to the Settlement area, then walk to the marina, then take that boat to the Contemporary, then take the monorail to the Poly. Then take the monorail to the Magic Kingdom.
